Moving & Munching

Our Moving and Munching course is tailored to caregivers of 4 month – 12 month babies.

This is a 2 week course held on Wednesdays at 10am to 12pm. Interactive and supportive the sessions cover a range of topics including your baby’s physical and mental milestones, bonding and learning through play, starting solids, nutritional requirements, and transitioning to activities and childcare outside the home.

Parents of younger babies are most welcome to attend, as are your little ones!

The Moving session explores your baby’s development and key milestones over their first year; how babies learn through play and exploration; how to create a safe and stimulating learning environment at home; how to support baby to transition to activities and/or childcare outside of home.

The Munching session provides an informative introduction to solids based on the latest evidence-based research, and covers textures, nutritional requirements, allergies and intolerances, and stages of development.
