Description

CPR & Child First Aid Class

This course is held over 2x Mondays from 7 to 9pm and aims to give you the basic CPR and health knowledge to care for your child.  The course will teach you how to save a baby's or a child's life with CPR.  The Child Health part of the course covers common illnesses for 0-5 years, first aid kit contents, and the basic first aid knowledge.

This class is taught by a GP and an intensive care paramedic.

You’re very welcome to bring your baby to class with you.  We provide a change table, and personal spaces to feed if you’re still getting the hang of breastfeeding.  We also have a loving and experienced set of arms to hold your baby, so you can participate in the hands-on part of the CPR section of the class.  Many people bring their babies, and find their babies often sleep in their capsule/pram right through the class!

Cost: $35 per person, $60 for a family ( this is you plus a support person - your partner, your mum, or anyone else you'd like to bring)
