Being pregnant is an extremely important time to be conscious and aware of your health.

Not only is good nutrition important for your health during these amazing changes your body is undergoing and for your baby’s growth and development, it will help you bounce back after birth.

As well as what to put into your body, what not to is even more important.  The dangerous effects of smoking, drugs and alcohol in pregnancy are well researched and documented and can leave baby with long-term health issues.

Many foods, homeopathic and herbal remedies can alleviate some pregnancy discomforts and illnesses.  It is vital that health professionals are always consulted.
